The Montgomery County Small Business Association, Inc. (MCSBA), is a tax-exempt entity, under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, Section 501 (c)(6), that seeks to meet the mission, goals, and objectives in support of local small businesses in Montgomery County, MD, as stated in its corporate documents.

The MCSBA is not affiliated with, or controlled by, any other person or entity, including, but not limited to any political, religious, or other organization, party, candidate, official, or other stakeholder.
